Joana is a JHS 2 pupil of Tieku Basic School, Nsawam in the Eastern region of Ghana. She is 16 years old and the second of three siblings. Due to her impressive academic performance, Joana was enrolled on the REAP Ghana sponsorship program in 2016 and has had her scholarship renewed for five consecutive academic years. She draws a lot of inspiration from her mother who is a self-employed business woman. Joana loves fashion and hopes to pursue a career in fashion designing in future. Her dream senior high school is Ghana National College, Cape Coast.
